I Imagine
a poem by thenorm
I imagine I'm the Wind,
As you step into the Breeze.
Running through your hair,
Singing, with arms
Around you wide.
I imagine I'm the Sun,
As you lay there in my rays.
I cover you, caress you,
Love you,
Warm you,
Please you.
I imagine I'm the Stars
That see you from the Sky.
All at once,
Admiring you,
Appreciating you.
Never not seeing you.
I imagine I'm the Moon,
With a silvery, flowing frame,
Helping you,
Finding you,
Sharing with you
My Light.
I imagine I'm the clothes
That hold your body tight.
The shapely curves I find
Give me such delight.
But of all the things
I imagine, none of them
So true
As the smile upon your face
When I finally see you.
